Voting Question: What materials transfer heat the furthest?

I am making a solar heating home model for school. The idea is to magnify the heat on one part of the mode, then use some type of material to hold the heat and transfer it from one end of the model, to the other. I’m going to try three different things. Water, dry sand, and one more thing.
