Resolved Question: For a solar light, whats the exposure/run time ratio? Whats the general efficiency?

Does anyone know what the ratio or at least a general ballpark run time for a solar light? For example, like if you expose a solar light to the sun for 1 hour, will it give you 1 hour of light? or is it more like 1 hour of exposure=4 hours of light?
