I am having a lot of problems with my tenants.

First and foremost, my husband and I live in the building as does my sister and her 4 children. The one tenant has a 6 yr old son and the other tenant has a 4 yr old daughter (my neices and nephews are between the ages of 3 and 8). The tenant with the son we’ll adam is very badly behaved. He does not listen to anyone or anything. He is destructive and has ruined every solar light I had installed, pulled every bush I had planted and has ruined the swimming pool. He also destroys my nieces and nephews toys. If they have something he wants he will simply ruin it. Not to mention he ruined every pool toy and accessory we had (the pool is for everyones use and locked up no one is to be near it w/out parental supervision). The child is always unsupervised. The father is always screaming at the kid and when the kid acts up he blares the his music so he out drowns him. We confronted him on it and the music has not been an issue. Today, the boy stole my nephews remote control car and when he told him he wanted it back the boy threw it over into the pool my husband witnessed all of this. The boy then went to his father and told him that my husband chased him around the complex (which is not true being that my husband was in the pool fishing out the car). The father then threw a commotion about he was going to tell my husband off he wasn’t afraid of him what would he do evict him? take away his birthday? It was stupid immature and ridiculious.

The other tenants are pretty much the same thing. They never supervise their child and whenever anything is ruined it is always another child. They complain about EVERYTHING. They are upset now because they say their shower is growing some kind of mold or fungus. When I asked if they clean the shower they didn’t answer and just looked at each other. Then I said to use tilex or scrubbing bubbles and clean the shower and that should solve the problem. They started that they can not afford special cleaners. They also complained bc their toilet sweats (not leaks but sweats). When I asked if they turned on their ventilation fan in the bathroom they stated they did not know it worked. I asked them why they did not ask (or at least try the fan) since they have reported all sorts of claims that have been unfounded (their floors and roof are falling through but apparently only when no one is around bc even the roofers and carpenter I had look at it found nothing. Their daughter as I said is 4 and completely unsupervised all day. The yard is constantly a mess. however it is usually my nieces and nephews toys that are thrown around. both tenants have admitted not buying their kids toys. What can I do? Can I evict them for this stuff? How can I deal with this? Everyday I feel like ripping out my hair!!!!

I have also considered social services on both tenants bc of their neglect (especially the tenant with the 4 yr old daughter who recently revealed to me that the little girl has been molested by every man she has ever been around since she was born. Then the mother admitted that the same people that molested her daughter were the ones who molested her. I also recently found out that the man with son is snorting pills. The son is on medication for ADHD and the father is snorting them rather than giving them to the son). Will social services take me seriously if I report two people? I have debated on explaining that I am the landlord and these are things I have observed. But then I also worry about my reputation (which I know is greedy) but I rented to these people but they really checked out!!!
I wanted to add that the son, adam, is also very violent. We no longer allowed him to swim with my nieces and nephews because he would hold them under water. I also witnessed him trying to stab his father with a sharp stick. If he doesn’t get what he wants he hurts you.
