Voting Question: Solar lights aren’t working when my electrical lights are on!!!?

Ok, so I put my Christmas lights up the other night. Most are solar but there are some using electricity. When I turn on my electrical lights, the solar ones go off, and when I turn the eletrical lights off, the Solar Lights go right back on. I’ve turned the solar pannels (Which are in the ground) away from the lights - so it doesn’t think it’s daytime. What’s the problem? Why aren’t both going at the same time?
