Bethlehem water authority interested in Delsea Energy wind power proposal

BETHLEHEM | A New Jersey company wants to lease city water authority land to generate wind energy.
Authority members said Thursday they were interested in Delsea Energy’s proposal and wanted to see more financial details. Delsea would pay the authority a licensing fee and a possible percentage of its gross revenue, said John Renz, the company’s vice president for business development.
Initial studies of the authority’s Penn Forest Township watershed land show it could generate almost 106,000 megawatt hours annually, enough . . .
