Ellis County commissioners added to the list of proposed changes to the county’s zoning regulations Monday, suggesting altered setbacks, expanded notification areas and noise standards for wind energy conversion systems.
Commissioners discussed the proposed changes approved by the Ellis County Joint Planning Commission last month after two public hearings, but added a few of their own, which will have to be considered by the planning commission.
