I can’t find myself belonging to either Democrats or Republicans.
Here is me:

religion: I’m atheist. I’m all for religious freedom, as long as the government is secular and free of religious preaching. Teaching of evolution over creationism in public schools.

on abortion issue: pro-choice

economy: This is USA and has always been capitalism, I love it. But I like to see flat tax - everybody pay same rate, regardless of how much or how little you earn. More tax breaks on married couples. Cut corporate tax rate.

gun ownership: yes, of course, 2nd amendment. Though I like stricter regulation on gun purchasing, registering every gun every year, like a car. But I’m also into conceal gun carry, as long as the person passes background and classes.

health care: The reason why health care costs so high in the US is because of all those ambulance chasing lawyers. For obvious reason, here in the US people like to sue others, any chance they get. To protect themselves, doctors order unnecessary tests, in case one day at court, the plaintiff lawyer asks Why didn’t you order this test, doc?. Doctors pay a bunch on malpractice insurance premiums. Hire more hospitals staff to document every single detail. Duh no wonder health care costs so much. And insurance companies are not people’s friends, they’re corporate businesses that are out there to make money too. So you know what a doctor hates to hear: Oh I don’t have insurance, I can’t afford to pay for it. I say employers don’t even have to offer health benefits. People just have to save up for themselves. Anyway, I’m all for welfare health care, like Medicare for the elderly and Medicaid for the low income, or CHIP, children’s medicaid . I’m not for universal health care — those that make money, should be able to pay to see doctors themselves. And all for malpractice lawsuit reform - there should be a cap on maximum damage.

on environment and energy: i’d love to see more alternative energy other than coal or oil. I’m all for nuclear as it’s the cleanest, most efficient and cheapest energy source, for the next 20-30 years at least. In the future we can work on building more renewable energy, like solar, wind, etc. That Japanese outer space harvesting solar power and beam to earth project seems really interesting.

on gay marriage: I can care less about gay couples getting married. But I have issue on gay couples adopting children.

foreign policy: establishing a presence in the middle east, not for Israel, but for the oil. Why does the Islamic extremist hate the US so much? cuz we’re the biggest ally for Israel. Oil is our interest, not having to secure the middleeast Holy Land so we can await Jesus’ resurrection.
Out of Iraq NOW! Let the Iraqis govern themselves please. Our tax money can be better spent on something else.
Iraq is over. Our new axis of evil is North Korea, Iran and Venezuela. Venezuela cuz Hugo is pulling our leg. I would add China as a potential enemy, as it increases its military spending on spying on the US, not to mention the countless efforts on computer hacking to government websites. And their back engineering our weapons system and other commercial products. Now they want their global media presence? since it’s still a Communism state owned corp there’s gonna be propaganda and subliminal message on socialism.

I know I have not gone into depth on several issues but I really just like to know which political party is best suited for me? There are really only two that can make a difference. But I still like to know where I really belong?
yeah an independent that’s where I am right now. Politicians are all bad, vote for the lesser of the two evils right.
