Voting Question: Is the Citizen a good watch to have?

I got the Citizen stiletto its a nice looking skinny watch that uses solar power. It stopped functioning properly about a year in I kept having to change the time which it would not stay on. Did I get a faulty watch or a faulty product? Thanks.
