I have a solar panel, and a battery, and i want to use both of these sources of energy to power an item at 12 volts. the solar panel can generate up to 14 volts under load, and the battery is a 12 volt one. i want the item to run of purely solar power, but when the voltages decreases below 12 volts, to switch to battery power, and when the solar panel voltage increases above 12 volts, to switch back to solar power.

I need this switch to be of light weight, if possible, as i am limited by weight in this project,
